Do I have to play at specific times?
No, but we post recommended queue times to help ensure lobbies fill. You can play anytime during the season as long as it’s in the Season 1 queue.
How do I get added to the leaderboard?
Once you donate and fill in your Discord and FACEIT usernames, an admin will verify you, assign your role, and grant access to the private queue. Stats will auto-track once you play.
Can I get a refund if I can’t play?
No. Your entry is a donation to a registered nonprofit and considered final. Funds support our programs and help us keep events going.
How are prizes paid out?
Prizes are sent via PayPal or Venmo within 7 days after the season ends. Physical prizes (trophies/medals) are shipped to US/Canada only.
What if I’m toxic or cheat?
You’ll be removed with no refund. We run a no-tox zone and want a fair, positive competitive environment

Good Game Family is a state-registered nonprofit gaming organization recognized in Arizona and operating with full transparency. We are actively working toward securing federal 501(c)(3) status to expand our fundraising capabilities and community support programs.
All entry fees are considered non-refundable donations that support our mission to create inclusive, educational, and family-first spaces in gaming and esports.
The CS2 Charity League is a skill-based competition. Outcomes are determined by performance on the FACEIT leaderboard. There is no gambling, randomness, or chance-based reward involved.
Participation requires agreement to our community standards. Toxicity, cheating, or rule violations may result in disqualification without refund.
