Healthy 3-Ingredient Brownie

Ok, so I just completed my 4-day fast (if you watched the documentary called Limitless with Chris Hemworth, you'll get why I did it). After my first huge meal with 3 desserts, I had sooo much energy. I ended up baking at 10:30 PM. And in the spirit of trying to eat healthier, I chose to make this 3-ingredient brownie (more if you add optional toppings).


  • 4 bananas

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • (optional) any toppings you like, I chose dark chocolate chips (anything less than 75% will have too much sugar and will make the brownie less healthy)


  1. Mash up your bananas with a fork.

  2. Add the peanut butter and cocoa powder and mix well.

  3. Top it with your optional toppings.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C or  356°F for my Americanos.
