Building the Foundation for 2026

Over the past year, Good Game Family has spent a lot of time laying groundwork.

From attending events like DreamHack to filing for our 501c3 nonprofit status, much of our focus in 2025 happened behind the scenes. While not every step is always visible, each one has been intentional as we continue shaping GGF.

As we move toward full nonprofit operations, our focus is shifting toward long-term impact. That means building programs around community, mental wellness, education, and intentional gaming experiences rather than trying to be everything to everyone at all times.

This phase has also been about learning. We’ve seen where growth happened naturally, where things cooled off, and where structure is needed to make sure future efforts are sustainable. Instead of forcing activity, we’re taking the time to align our foundation so that when we move forward, we do it with purpose and clarity.

Looking ahead to 2026, Good Game Family will continue evolving with more intentional initiatives, events, and opportunities for people to get involved in meaningful ways. Our goal is to create a space where gaming, connection, and support come together in a way that lasts.

We’re grateful to everyone who has supported GGF through this chapter and excited for what’s ahead as we enter the new year on stronger footing.
